I remember this dress that I had as a child. I don't remember what color it was but it tied at my shoulders and I loved it.. and I always had my hair in pigtails! Well, when I found out that I was having a girl. I had to go buy some clothes myself.. b/c mommy's just have too! And I couldn't resist this pink dress that tied at the top! Here is the outcome...still a bit big, and not enough hair for pigtails (YET), but none the less GORGEOUS!
